Led by author and teacher Rick Holinger, this workshop welcomes writers of all abilities and genres.
This month we will discuss dialogue.
“Hey, how do ya write good dialogue?”
“Don’t know. Maybe ya write the way people really talk?”
“Yeah, sure. Good start. But there’s gotta be more to it.”
There is! We’ll introduce various types of dialogue, suggest whether dialect should be attempted, and throw out other hints to write convincing dialogue.
