You can reserve a number of rooms for studying, meeting, and collaborating. The Study Rooms on the second floor can be booked by GPLD card holders a week in advance for 2 hours at a time. Meeting and Conference Rooms can be booked by GPLD card holders up to 60 days in advance for 4 hours at a time. We will hold the room for you for 15 minutes; after that, we’ll make the room available for the next person. Non-GPLD card holders can make same-day reservations for our Study Rooms, Conference Rooms, and Studio in person at the Welcome Desk on the second floor.
