Description: Books & Beyond Book Club is a book club for individuals 18 and over with cognitive and developmental disabilities. All are welcome regardless of reading ability.
This club provides a relaxing and fun way to share stories, make friends, and enjoy some laughs. Along the way, participants may even learn something new! Books & Beyond focuses on connecting and socializing.

Second Thursday of every month at 1 p.m. in the 1st Floor Conference Room
Description: If you have ever wanted to try new recipes and learn new cooking techniques, then Dish! is the book discussion group for you. Each month we explore a different cookbook, try some of the recipes within them, and discuss how each book has expanded our culinary horizons. Food may be served in this club. If you have any concerns about food allergies or specific dietary restrictions, please speak with a Library staff member prior to the club's meeting.

Description: This is a no pressure book club. We meet once a month to discuss a topic that is related to books. The reading for this book club is a suggestion and is not required. If you have ever wanted to sit around with your friends and talk about books, this club is for you.

Description: The 20s & 30s are a perfect time for starting new activities and trying new books! The Over Booked Book Club is a great place to accomplish that goal and meet some new friends in the same age range!

Description: Tuesday Evening Book Club meets once a month to discuss books from a wide range of topics and genres. From mysteries to historical fiction, this club will have a little bit of everything. This club is perfect for those that prefer an evening discussion group.

Description: The Thursday Morning Book Club offers two meetings a month to discuss books from a wide range of topics and genres. Our goal is to read books we wouldn't normally read and to have fun doing it. If you need something to get you out of your reading slump, this club is for you.

Description: Appreciate the art of cinema? Join us to watch, then discuss a foreign film led by members of Geneva's International Cultural Exchange Committee.

Description: Geneva Learners is a world affairs discussion group that meets discuss a predetermined topic. Topics may range from local, international, and everything in between, and are usually determined 1-2 days in advance of each meeting. The group welcomes everyone and strives for diversity of opinion and respectful discussion. Participants can either attend in-person or over Zoom.

Description: Great Decisions is America's largest discussion program on world affairs. The group will read the Great Decisions Briefing Book, then attend the meeting with a short video introduction and a guided discussion. The briefing book is available for pick-up at the lobby desk of the Library.
