Be enchanted by actress and award-winning storyteller Megan Wells, as she tells the story of the genius Mary Shelley.

Known as the inventor of Science Fiction, genius Mary Shelley wrote her first novel, Frankenstein, at the age of 19.  Born to brilliant parents of literary celebrity, Mary's childhood was marred by trauma.  Her mother, Mary Wollstonecraft, visionary author of A Vindication for the Rights of Women, died giving birth to Mary.  Learning the life of Mary Shelley adds dimension to our understanding of her novel and deepens our respect for her talent.  Renowned Actress, Playwright and Storyteller Megan Wells embodies Mary in full regency costume, bringing Mary's story to life with depth, wit, and conversational intimacy.
