Join us to experience sound healing with singing bowls and poetry.
Everyday we are exposed to stress. Come and experience how healing sounds and music can wash away stress to energize and heal. The sound healing journey will be performed on live instruments, and the poetry of Walt Whitman, Rumi, Kabir, Pablo Neruda, and several other visionary writers—recited and performed from their perspective—allowing their amazing spiritual experience and insight to shine forth.
The library will provide chairs for this program and has a limited number of yoga mats. You also are welcome to bring your own yoga mat.
