Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with Chef Violeta Trujeque, originally from Veracruz, Mexico. She will demonstrate how to prepare traditional Mexican churros with a spicy chocolate and vanilla dip. Enjoy a sample of the treats and bring home a copy of the recipes.
