Experience the healing properties of sound in this workshop with Yolanda Lozano.
Sound healing can be described as receiving an expansive sound that heals the body's deeper tissues, promoting a stable, peaceful energy. The frosted bowls carry Earth Energy and are commonly called "crystal bowls." In addition to the crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums, rattles, and a glorious singing voice bring the sound healing experience to anyone attending a session.
We find a genuine connection between our mind, body, and soul through sound healing. Yolanda Lozano presents the bowls' frequency and vibrations, which bring harmony to our etheric, emotional, and physical bodies. Our brain shifts into higher states of consciousness, our thoughts are slowed down, and our hearts are open to healing.
Dress in comfortable clothes. Chairs will be provided. If you wish to lie on the floor, please bring a mat.
