Learn about the origin of curry across the globe and prepare irresistible recipes in your own kitchen! Books are available for pickup in the lobby.
On the Curry Trail is an enlightening journey across Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas that explores the origins of curry and the signature, essential curries of each region. This diaspora of curry brings alive not only the most iconic, category-defining recipes from these continents but also the history, lore, anecdotes, and familial remembrances that fashion each dish.
Pick up the cookbook On the Curry Trail from the lobby hold shelf and try out some recipes! Snap pictures of your creations and email them to klentz@gpld.org. We'll share them with the group on June 13.
