Join the engagement of Laughter Yoga and discover the numerous benefits of practicing intentional laughter.
Laughter can have a profound effect on our immune system which plays an important role in healing. Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise routine that can strengthen abdominal muscles, facilitates pumping of our lymph nodes, improves circulation, and relieves tension and stress throughout the body. Attending this event will energize your mind, body, and spirit by helping you to release your “feel good” hormones called endorphins. To quote William James, “We don’t laugh because we are happy, we are happy because we laugh.” Join this event in your “comfy clothes” so you can gently move and play with life through laughter. Yoga mats are not needed.
