Chair yoga provides an opportunity for adults to improve flexibility, joint health, core strength, balance, and the ability to breathe deeply without getting on the floor. This instructive class will be led by yoga instructor Lexi Bunce. Please wear non-restrictive, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
