New! Project of the Month: Embroidery Patches (Adults)

FOR GENEVA CARDHOLDERS – APPOINTMENT REQUIRED

Celebrate National Sewing Month by learning how to use the new embroidery machine to make iron-on patches. Basic computer skills are required.

Register for an appointment to learn how to use the Brother NQ 1700E Embroidery Machine to design iron-on patches! We will guide you through setting up a custom design, preparing the machine for embroidery, and turning your project into an iron-on patch. Sign up for an appointment today!

The Project of the Month is appointment-based programming available for GPLD cardholders only. One appointment per person per month. Materials and guidance provided by the library.

Appointments for this project are available between Sept. 8, 2026, and Sept. 25, 2026, during weekdays. Follow the steps to make an appointment:

1. Click on 'Register'
2. Select a date and time that is convenient for you
3. Insert your contact information into the maker form
4. In the drop-down menu under "How can we help," choose "Project of the Month"
5. In the final required note, type in "patch"
