Master the art of homemade pie crust in this deliciously informative baking demonstration. You'll learn how to create a tender, flaky all-butter pie dough, along with techniques for rolling, shaping, filling, and decorating a pie, including how to make a classic lattice crust. Along the way, the instructor will share expert tips to help you achieve bakery-worthy results at home. Participants will enjoy a sample of freshly baked pie and receive a recipe handout to inspire their own holiday baking. Includes a pie tasting and a take-home recipe with helpful tips for future baking success.
