This class is designed for beginners and anyone looking to reconnect with their body in a supportive environment. Discover the benefits of yoga in this beginner-friendly class led by an instructor from YogaSix. Participants will be guided through a gentle, mat-based yoga flow that emphasizes mindful movement and breath, with modifications offered to support a variety of experience levels. Throughout the session, you can expect to move between standing, sitting, kneeling, and bending forward as you stretch, build mobility, and improve balance before ending with a calming relaxation.
A limited number of yoga mats will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared for light to moderate physical activity depending on your ability level.
