Join us for a virtual presentation about menopause with clinical pharmacist Erin Carson, UIC Retzky College of Pharmacy’s Women’s Health, Rockford.
This is a virtual event via Zoom organized by the Algonquin Area Public Library District (AAPLD) and shared with other neighboring Northern Illinois libraries. This virtual presentation will cover key terms and stages of menopause, common symptoms, important health considerations, and both prescription and non-prescription management options. Attendees will also learn practical strategies for symptom relief, helpful resources, and when it may be important to seek medical advice. Clinical pharmacist Erin Carson, coordinator of UIC Retzky College of Pharmacy’s Women’s Health in Rockford, will share this informative session.
