Meeting RoomWorld traveler John Lynn shares the second half of his 4000-mile hiking, biking, and paddling trek from the Pacific Coast to the Atlantic Ocean.
Over the past 30 years, world traveler John Lynn has hiked, biked, and paddled across the United States in a 4000-mile trek from the Pacific coast to the Atlantic Ocean. John will share the second half of his journey, which takes him from the Mississippi River at Bemidji, Minnesota, to Plymouth Rock, Massachusetts. It will involve some paddling on the Mississippi Headwaters and a little biking to reach Duluth, then lots of biking along the south shore of Lake Superior across Northern Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan to reach Sault Ste. Marie. More biking will take place across Ontario along Lake Huron and down the Bruce Peninsula to Niagara Falls. After a short ride to Tonawanda, NY, he will paddle the Erie Canal across upstate New York, then bike across Massachusetts and Rhode Island to Plymouth, MA, and the Atlantic Ocean!
