In 2025, Fermilab celebrated the 50th anniversary of its first prairie planting. While that is one of the most notable aspects of ecology at Fermilab, there is much more to the natural areas. Come listen to a history of the prairie restoration, community involvement, and other animal and natural area highlights with Wally Levernier, Fermilab Senior Natural Resources Specialist.
