Meeting RoomLearn more about Walk2Run, a wellness program that has helped hundreds of people improve their lives through organized movement.
Please join us for a presentation hosted by Glen Kamps, Wellness Ambassador from Dick Pond Athletics. Walk2Run is a free wellness program that has been offered in the St. Charles location for the past 14 years. Participants have lost weight, lowered blood pressure, and have been able to wean off certain medications.
