Join us for an informative session that takes a close look at the estate planning process—from understanding why planning is important to exploring the most common techniques and documents involved. This class will clarify the differences between a will and a trust, and provide attendees with a solid foundation in key topics, including:
- Probate and how it works
- Wills vs. trusts: what’s right for you
- Power of Attorney for healthcare and financial matters
- Guardianship appointments and consideration
By the end of the session, participants will have a clear understanding of the steps needed to protect their spouse, heirs, and legacy.
