Meeting RoomSpend hours reading, writing, scrolling on your phone, or working at a computer? Movement Snack will help to manage the aches & pains of modern life.
Spending long hours reading, writing, or staring at a screen can take a toll on your body. In this interactive program, Dr. Anthony Kelley introduces the concept of a “Movement Snack” - short, intentional movements designed to relieve tension and improve posture throughout your day.
Dr. Kelley will guide participants through:
- How to sit with better alignment
- Postures that reduce strain and fatigue
- Easy stretches and movements you can do seated or standing
Whether you're at a desk, on your phone, or curled up with a book, this session will help you feel better in your body - no gym required.
