Join us for a special culinary program to celebrate Jewish-American Heritage Month!

In honor of Jewish-American Heritage Month, join cookbook author and Jewish food expert Emily Paster for an exploration of Sephardic Jewish cuisine. Emily will provide an overview of Sephardic cuisine, which encompasses foods from the Mediterranean, North Africa, and the Middle East, with a special emphasis on the traditional foods for the late spring festival of Shavuot. Emily will also demonstrate how to make basbousa, an Egyptian semolina cake flavored with rose water, that is found throughout this region.

The doors will open for seating approximately 10-15 minutes before the program begins.
