Jazz Concert with Petra van Nuis (Adults)

Enjoy a jazz performance with vocalist Petra van Nuis and guitarist Andy Brown.

Jazz vocalist Petra van Nuis and guitarist Andy Brown form a rare musical partnership built on more than twenty-five years of collaboration. Germany’s Jazz Podium Magazine has described their work as “a magical musical dialogue,” reflecting the deep musical understanding they share.

High school sweethearts at a performing arts school in Cincinnati, Ohio, Petra and Andy have lived and performed in Chicago since 2004. They regularly appear at prominent venues such as the Jazz Showcase, the Green Mill, Andy’s Jazz Club, and Winter’s Jazz Club, and have performed at festivals and clubs across the country. With multiple European tours and six albums re-released in Japan, the duo continues to share their swinging jazz sound with audiences around the world.

The doors will open for seating approximately 10-15 minutes before the program begins.
