Celebrate Geneva's Author Fest event with author Amy Thielen, chef and author of two cookbooks and a memoir, Give a Girl a Knife.
Amy Thielen, the author of the James Beard Award–winning cookbook The New Midwestern Table and her memoir Give a Girl a Knife, is widely recognized for her warm, engaging style and her passion for Midwestern food traditions. She will share insights from her culinary journey, including her experiences training in some of New York City’s top restaurants and returning home to Minnesota, where she rediscovered the richness of regional cooking. Amy has been featured on Food Network, NPR, and in publications such as The New York Times and Food & Wine.
This event is made possible with generous sponsorship by the Geneva Library Foundation. You can find more information here: https://www.genevalibraryfoundation.org.
Reserve a copy of her titles in advance, and bring a copy of your own for the author to sign after the event!
