September is National Suicide Prevention Month and is a time to raise awareness, offer support, and come together to break the stigma surrounding mental health. This 90-minute workshop will teach you how to recognize the warning signs of suicide and mental health crisis, and how to respond with care and support. You’ll learn about common myths, risk factors, and how to offer help to someone in crisis. The session includes hands-on practice of skills to feel more confident in offering support. We’ll also cover important community and national resources available for those in need.
