Join us monthly to explore significant American short stories. This month: "An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge" by Ambrose Bierce.

This month, join us for an engaging discussion on the themes and topics presented in Ambrose Bierce's short story, An Occurence at Owl Creek Bridge.

A complimentary copy of Great American Short Stories edited by Paul Negri, is provided to registered patrons. Pick-up instructions will be e-mailed to registered patrons. The story is also available to GPLD cardholders via our LitFinder database. 

Let's Talk About Books meets on the second Thursday of each month at 10 a.m. to discuss topics related to books & reading. Join us each month as we explore the literary world.
