College of DuPage Arts Instructor Timothy L. Campbell will discuss street photography, one of the most accessible components of the arts.
Whether you're a photo enthusiast or a photographer of any skill level looking to sharpen your skills, this engaging and in-depth lecture will help you appreciate the social significance of one of the most exciting and accessible facets of the arts—street photography. From the earliest examples of the genre to its mid-century heyday to what's happening today, we'll discuss a wealth of images to learn how street photographers find and share "the decisive moment." Photographer and College of DuPage arts instructor Timothy L. Campbell will also discuss his street images to provide advice on how to cultivate your own street style and improve your craft.
