Meeting RoomNAMI KDK will conduct a presentation exploring the relationship between reading and reflecting on one's mental health.
Mental health is closely tied to how we manage our emotions, stress, and personal relationships. Being mentally healthy doesn't mean feeling happy all the time, but rather having the emotional tools to cope with life's ups and downs. In this presentation, we will cover:
- Role of reading in mental health.
- Benefits of reflecting for emotional growth.
- Types of reading for mental health from self-help books to novels or poetry.
- Practical reflection to help process the material, leading to meaningful insights and emotional healing.
