Learn how to improve your health and reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases without medication by making simple lifestyle changes.

Over the last few decades, there have been a great deal of changes in the medical world. The most significant change is also the saddest insomuch as we Americans, are becoming unhealthier. In spite of technological and pharmaceutical advancements, chronic diseases are increasing by leaps and bounds. The current healthcare system is focused on intervention more so than prevention.

In this program, we will learn about the vast increase in chronic diseases over the past century especially the acceleration in the past 20-30 years. We will review the metabolic causes of these diseases and what is happening inside us. We will then review preventative solutions by adjusting ones diet and lifestyle.
