In this class, we will be unwinding in gentle restful poses and passive stretching.
Restorative yoga, suitable for practitioners of all levels, is a restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. The benefits of restorative yoga include increased relaxation, better sleep, improved well-being, and better mood while being gentle on the body.
