What we focus on impacts our well-being. So, what are you focused on? In this session, we will discuss Positive Psychology (PP), which is known as the science of human flourishing. Join us to learn the highlights of Positive Psychology and the various tools that can help shift our focus and mindset. Laughter Yoga (LY) is a practice and a mindset. We will apply LY and other methods to increase our capacities to face life’s challenges so we are better equipped to sustain our balance and well-being during difficult times.
Terri Reasoner, Ph.D., currently offers private Laughter Yoga sessions, teaches yoga, and operates Here-to-Hear, a practice that supports clients on multiple humanistic levels. Prior to the discover of Laughter Yoga, Terri taught in the public school system and then worked in corporate America as a Human Performance Technologist facilitating change and improving performance.
