In this culinary program, Chef Susan Maddox will demonstrate the proper making of vinaigrettes and dressings and a variety of garnishes for tossed salads with new and interesting flavor combinations. These new twists will help “perk up” old family favorites. Various preparation methods and techniques will be shown to make your summer salads successful. Recipes and tasty samples will be included.
