Learn the techniques for making a delicious pie crust and the many ways it can be used.

With Chef Cherise Slattery, you will learn the techniques for making a delicious pie crust and the many ways it can be used. She will cover mixing methods, rolling, shaping, blind baking, filling, and decorating your pie. In addition to traditional pie, Chef Cherise will explain how to use your pie crust to make quiche, crostata, and hand pies. Bite-sized tastes of baked fruit pies and recipes will be shared.

Food will be used or served in this program. If you have any concerns about food allergies or specific dietary restrictions, please speak with a Library member before the start of the program.
