Make a special furry friend and memories that will last a lifetime! Join us for this wonderful hands-on activity inspired by our One Book, One Community title, The One and Only Ivan!
Children will forge a new unlikely animal friendship with a Gorilla! Each child will stuff their own animal and make a wish on a shooting star before placing it inside of their new friend! All stuffies will leave with a birth certificate to remember this special day. This program is intended for children in grades 1-6.
Photographs and video taken during Library programs may be used on the library's website, social media, and newsletter. If you don't want to be photographed or videotaped, please inform a staff member.
