Hi, I'm Vitek. I am the Network Administrator at the Geneva Public Library. We have computers, laptops, and tablets plus a range of other equipment available for printing, faxing, copying, and more. Contact us at geneva.library@gpld.org or call us at 630-232-0780 if you have questions.

printing

Print from inside or outside the library. Use the computers on the second floor for printing, or send documents to our Wireless Printing Page from any device wherever you are. Pay for and pick up your print jobs from our Print Release Station on the second floor of the library, near the public computers.

  • To print wirelessly, simply upload your document on our Wireless Printing Page, enter in your library card number or guest ID, and click submit. Please note that you will need to log in with your library card/guest ID to print our your document so please save that information.
  • You can then log in, pay for, and release your print job from the Print Release Station on the second floor of the Library, in between the public computers and Study Room 6.
  • Cost for B&W and Color print jobs is $.10 per page. You may pay with either cash or card.
  • Print jobs are held for 24 hours.

Computers for Adults

On the second floor we provide eight public access PC Internet computers and two iMac computers. Geneva Public Library card holders may use the computers for increments of hour. Thirty minute guest passes are available for anyone who does not have a Geneva Public Library card.

Information and Reader Services public access PC computers have the following software:

Scanner

A scanner is available for public use in the Information and Reader Services Department. Files may be saved to a USB drive, emailed, printed, or faxed.

Copier

A copier is available for public use next to our Circulation Desk on the first floor of the Library. Copies are $.10 per page and can be paid for using either cash or card.
