As a member of the National Aging in Place Council (NAICP), attorney Mary Kay Furiasse will provide an overview of the medical, legal, and financial documents needed to help families with the planning process.
Mary Kay Furiasse is the founding attorney of A/Z Health & Elder Law. She brings over thirty years of practicing law together with her clinical background as a nurse to her practice. Mary Kay serves as a member of National Aging in Place Council as well as AgeGuide on the Advisory Council and the Legislative Committees, one of over 600 agencies throughout the U.S. created by Congress to implement the Older Americans Act and coordinate a wide variety of services for persons 60 and older.
