Join Lindsey from Strictly Self-Defense in a session designed to make teens safe and empowered as you become more independent and self-reliant.

Attendees will participate in a series of discussions and be introduced to basic physical self-defense skills and techniques. Training will focus on three key areas: Mindset, Skill Set and Planning. Specific topics may include Situational Awareness, Bystander Intervention, Consent, Grooming, Simple Effective Strikes, How to Escape Common Grabs, and much more.  All topics will be presented at an age-appropriate level for those in attendance.
