Large Meeting Room

The Library has one large meeting room available for library programs and patron use.

  • Seats up to 150
  • Cost for the first four hours is:
    $25 non-profit use
    $100 for profit use

Meeting Room Application

Small Conference Room

Our Small Conference Room, located in the Information and Reader Services Department, is ideal for small groups numbering between eight and twelve.

  • Reservations may be made up to 60 days in advance using your Geneva Public Library card
  • The room may be used for up to four hours. Depending on demand, the time may be extended.

Group Study Room

The Group Study Room, also located in the Information and Reader Services Department, is the ideal size for one to seven users.

  • Reservations can be made with your Geneva Public Library card up to a week in advance.
  • The room may be used for up to two hours with the potential for an extension.
  • The room may be used by non-Geneva card holders on a first-come, first-served basis.

Collaboration Zone

The Collaboration Zone is on the second floor, past the computer work area in Information and Readers Services.  We offer booths for group study, a mobile use bar for individuals, and movable tables and chairs that can be arranged based on your needs.  This area allows groups to meet up and collaborate together on projects or focus on individual work.

MIDDLE GROUND

The Middle Ground is located in Youth Services in the corner behind nonfiction.  This area provides flexible space for students in grades 6-8 with comfortable areas to study, work, and collaborate.  Comfortable seating, movable tables, and spaces for those who want to work alone or in a group are available.  This flexible space can be used for programs and events, as well as for studying or just hanging out.
